Our Mission

Transportation & Infrastructure

As our community grows, so does the pressures on our roads. Families, workers, and businesses all rely on safe and efficient transportation. I will advocate to widen Parsons Road and 66th Street to reduce congestion and make daily commutes smoother. Beyond just expansion, I will push for smarter traffic management systems that improve flow and reduce wait times at key intersections. Safer streets will always be a priority — whether it’s better lighting, clearer signage, or traffic-calming measures in residential areas — because every resident deserves to feel safe traveling through our city.

Affordability

Everyday costs are rising, and families are feeling the pressure. As your Councillor, I will advocate for fair and practical policies that ease the burden on residents. One of my priorities is to push for the removal of bag charges in stores and restaurants, which add unnecessary costs to daily living. While we must be environmentally responsible, affordability should never come at the expense of families trying to make ends meet. I will also work to ensure city services deliver the best value for your tax dollars, focusing on keeping life affordable for everyone.

Stronger communities

Stronger communities start with care. I’ll fight for clean, safe parks, timely snow removal in winter, and regular grass cutting in summer — so families, seniors, and kids can enjoy our neighbourhoods year-round.

I’ll champion programs that bring people together: youth activities, senior engagement, cultural celebrations, newcomer support, and inclusive opportunities for residents with disabilities and mental health challenges.

Because when we care for our spaces and each other, we build a city where everyone belongs.

Accountability & Transparency

Trust in City Hall begins with openness. I will always be accessible and responsive to residents’ concerns — whether that means answering phone calls, meeting with families, or being present at community events. Transparency and accountability will guide every decision I make. I will ensure that taxpayer dollars are spent wisely and effectively, focusing on core services and eliminating waste. Most importantly, I will keep communication clear and honest so residents know exactly how decisions are made and how they benefit our community
